I was looking forward to trying out Caudalie products, i love the philosophy behind the brand. As a lover of wine who wouldnt want to try out a whole skin care line baised around how awesome grapes are lol.
So when i got my hands on the quenching sorbet-crème in my Carmine beauty box i couldn't wait to use it. I love that it has sorbet in the name it just sounds so yummy.
I first tried a small blob on my hand and really liked how quickly it melted into my skin, the smell it left behind reminded me of a crisp morning on holiday in a french villa, nice and fresh.
I started using this product morning and night replicing my usual moistriser for about a week, at first i was loving the feel of it but then after a few days i noticed that i had started to break out. Even though is ment to be a very light lotion i found it was making my skin much greasyer then usual. I stoped using this product and my skin cleared up again within a few days.
Over all i would say it was a nice product and im sure someone with dry or maybe combination skin would feel more benifits from this cream then i did, although im not sure its quite worth the £20 price tag.
This product as with all in the range contain Caudalie-unique ingredients:
